WHAT DO WE DO?

You will already have the details of the property that you want us to look at. Our objective is to confirm for you that the property matches the Estate Agents decription.

When it says 3 bedrooms are they really all habitable bedrooms? How much decorating will they need? Is the "Central Heating", really a paraffin stove?

If you are looking for outbuildings or land, are they as described or is there an unstated right of way across the garden?

When you say rural do you mean isolated or a small hamlet? What kind of facilities are available, how far are the shops, schools, golf courses, swimming pools?

Does the property have mains drainage or fosse septique? Are any utilities shared with neighbours?

Does the house you want to look at bear any resemblance to the details you have been sent.
