We provide a cost effective, efficient client-orientated service for busy people who are looking for a home in France. We operate mainly in the Poitou-Charente area of Western France. (see the shaded portion of the map of France below)
We save you time and money by going and looking at properties for you.

You give us the details of the properties that you have in mind and we go and examine them for you.
We provide a CD with photos and our impressions of the house on it.

How does it work?

1. Email us for our information pack, this will further outline our service and give details of our fees.

2. We ask you to give us some indication of your priorities and to outline some key points that your property must have, including the environment you would be looking for in lifestyle terms. This will help us to home in on key issues when we evaluate and report back on a property for you.

3. The report can be, audio, video or pictures on a CD.

4. Our fees are based on a per property basis plus travel to and from the property and would be included in our information  pack. You can obtain one of these which will outline our services in detail, by contacting us at Your Eyes in France
